Star Cooper, Inc. enrichment services is a multi-purpose business concept created to cater to the needs of families, youth, and business professionals. 

Supplemental Educational Services are high quality, research-based tutorial programs that are designed to increase the academic achievement of eligible children on state tests.  Parents are given the opportunity to select supplemental services for their children from an approved list of providers generated by the state.  Star Cooper, Inc. offers FREE tutorial sessions through SES services to students in Clayton, DeKalb, Fulton, Douglas, Henry, Rockdale, and Fayette Counties and the City of Atlanta.  Over 20 additional counties have been added! Call to see if we cover your area. We scored 100% for compliance by the Georgia Department of Education for the 2009-10 and 2010-11 school terms.  To pre-register for tutoring sessions, click here.

In order to be eligible for free services, students must receive free or reduced price meals and attend a Title 1 School that has failed to make Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) for three consecutive years.  Click on the Call Me button in the upper left corner to find out if you or your student is eligible.  You may also click here to see the list of 2010-11 schools that are eligible for free services.
